A Home with Heart
At Core Homes, we believe luxury and comfort should be within reach — and that every family deserves both a place to call home and a reason to hope. That’s why we’re honored to partner with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through the annual St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway.
Since 2023, we've proudly built the Chattanooga Dream Home, including the upcoming 2026 Dream Home. This special project raises funds through $100 ticket sales, giving participants a chance to win a brand-new home — and helping fund life-saving treatment and research for children battling cancer.
These homes, valued from $300,000 to $700,000, are made possible by the incredible generosity of local trade partners who donate land, labor, and materials. It’s a true community effort — and we’re grateful to play a part.
Beyond the Dream Home, we also support other St. Jude events like the Depot Dash 5K and Fun Run, helping bring even more awareness and support to this incredible mission.
