Among the highlights of the evening was the prestigious presentation of the Builder of the Year awarded to Core Homes.

St. Jude’s mission to find cures and save children is unparalleled, and Core Homes is honored to be a part of this noble cause. The St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway is a community service project aimed at raising funds for this mission. The 2024 Chattanooga Dream Home, located at 1771 River Breeze Drive, Soddy Daisy, TN, in the River Breeze Community, will mark Core Homes’ new partnership with Knoxville architects, C3 Studios. Groundbreaking for this remarkable project is set for Wednesday, September 13, 2023, with tickets going on sale in March 2024. The home will be open for tours in May 2024.
